By accessing our website, shopping in-store, or placing an order online, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them. 

  1. General Conditions: Addie's on Main reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices, Inventory, and policies are subject to change without notice. These Terms and Service may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. 
  2. Consignment Merchandise: Consignment items are pre-owned and sold as-is. Due to the nature of consignment, ALL CONSIGNMENT SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on consignment items. Normal wear may be present and is reflected in pricing. 
  3. Boutique (New) Merchandise: Boutique items are new unless otherwise stated. Boutique items may be returned for store credit only within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags attached. Clearance, seasonal, promotional, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit. 
  4. Returns & Refunds: Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Orignal receipt or proof of purchase is required for any eligible return. 
  5. Online Orders & Payment: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is confirmed—Addie's on Main reserves the right to cancel or limit quanitites per order. In the event of an inventory error, we will notify you and, at our discretion, issue store credit or a refund. 
  6. Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Addie's on Main is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyound our control. Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Lost or stolen packages must be reported directly to the shipping carrier. 
  7. Local Pickup: Local pickup is available for eligible online orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of notification. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled and store credit issued at our discretion. 
  8. In-Store Purchases: The same policies apply to in-store and online purchases. All consignment items purchased in-store are final sale. 
  9. Product Descriptions & Accuracy: We strive to accurately display product descriptions, measurments, and images. Colors may vary due to screen settings or lighting. Measurements are approximate. 
  10. Intellectual Property: All website content, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Addie's on Main. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. 
  11. User Conduct: you agree not to- use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach site security, provide false or misleading information. 
  12. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Addie's on Main shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or misuse of a product purchased. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. 
  13. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Addie's on Main, its owner, and employees from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website. 
  14. Privacy Policy: your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. 
  15. Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
